Our realtor Cheryl Faulder was very knowledgeable of all matters associated with selling home. With her help we very quickly accepted the offer for the asking price. She kept us updated on all issues involved in selling property and she handled everything that needed done so we could close and turn the property over to new owners. But most importantly she recognized that to us this was not just the sale of a house. This was our dad’s home which was a huge part of who dad was and that selling the house meant one more part of him was gone. I cannot imagine letting anyone else sell our dad’s house.
