TRACT 1: This real estate being 0 St. Rt. 66A in Sections 10 and 11 of Noble Township, County of Auglaize, State of Ohio. This real estate containing 34.4780 acres more or less with 33.8860 acres of tillable ground. All land in this parcel is currently enrolled in the CAUV program. This piece has average tiling and is in the St. Marys school district.
