The Key to Buying or Selling
Welcome to 620 W. Northern Avenue. This is 3 BR, 1 1/2 Bath home in desirable Elida School District. The house has solid bones, good plumbing, however, this property needs work and is being offered as sold ”As Is”, making it a great opportunity for a renovator, investor or a buyer looking for a project. All flooring has been removed, and the roof does have leaks. The house has a 1 car attached garage, with a garage door opener as well as a shed in the back yard. Buyers should be prepared to purchase this property in its current condition. Appliances probably do not work, will all need replaced.
