The Key to Buying or Selling
2215 Western Ohio Avenue has been our home for the last 18 years. We’ve raised our children here and have hosted dozens of family gatherings over the years, had lots of birthday parties and have created millions of memories here. We’re ready for somone else to enjoy it and make memories of their own. Purchased in 2008 for $85k, we’ve put many, many updates into it over the years. We converted the family room into a fourth bedroom and a dining room to ensure all 3 kids had their own bedrooms. In 2011 we had the roof replaced after a tree in our front yard came through it. In 2020 we felt the boredom with everyone else and gave it a facelift. We removed the wall dividing the kitchen and living room to make it an open concept. Installed all new kitchen cabints and an island with granite countertops. We completely remodeled both bathrooms with new toilets, tile shower and tile flooring. Exterior doors, siding, flooring and windows followed. This year we swapped out the old breaker box, installed new trim througout the whole house, new interior doors everywhere, new sump pump, new 12×12 steel shed and installed an electric fireplace. One of the deciding factors for us with purchasing this home was the completely open 700 square foot finished basement. At the time it was all original paneling and drop ceiling. We’ve modernized the whole thing with new wooden walls led lighting and carpet. We also had a new drainage system put in to help keep it dry. All appliances are included as well as the riding lawnmover. Included in the sale will be a Shield Complete Plan from American Home Shield.
