For an extra $50 per month per person, cleaning can be provided. Off street parking is available. Tenants will be required to take the trash to the curb for pickup once a week and shovel the sidewalk and steps when snow is over two inches. Shovel is provided. Home comes with two refrigerators. Stand up freezer. Microwave. Stove/oven. Washer and dryer. Trash cans. Kitchen table and chairs in the eat in kitchen and dining room. Couch, two loveseats ,recliner, footstool and two end tables in the living room. Two loveseats upstairs. Three queen beds. Three twin beds. Additional room possible in the walk out basement.
