Originally a single-family home that was converted into three-unit apartments many years ago by a previous owner. All three apartments pay their own gas, electric and water bills with separate meters. Separate gas forced air heating units with the upstairs units having their furnace in the attic. The first-floor unit, #1, has it’s furnace in the basement. The first-floor apartment is the largest which basically covers the entire first floor area featuring a one bedroom, kitchen with an eating area, full bathroom and a separate enclosed room. This apartment also has direct access to the full unfinished basement and there is also an outside basement access from the rear. This tenant mows the grass. All three apartments are on a one-year written lease agreement with security deposits. Both upstairs apartments #2 & #3 have one-bedroom, full bath and kitchen with apartment #3 having access to the attic. All apartments have a range and refrigerator. The owner does pay the real estate taxes, insurance and storm water management fee of $6 per apartment per year.
