This beautiful island could be yours and only yours to hang out and enjoy the peaceful sound of the waves slapping against the seawall. It is accessible only by boat. There was a cottage on the island but it has recently come down so you could put your dream home there. There is currently a septic tank so the EPA would determine size of home permitted. The panoramic views are amazing and fishing is great!
