This is a wonderful house located in the quaint little town of DeGraff, It’s got beautiful wood flooring and woodwork throughout. Every room has tall ceilings and are a nice large size. So much light comes in those beautiful windows. There are actually 4 bedrooms and the living room has been used as a child’s bedroom. Lot’s of storage throughout. The backyard was fenced in, in fall of 2023. All the windows have been replaced except for one decorative window in the Kitchen. Electrical, including new breaker box was updated in 2013.
