Being energetic and dedicated to the Real Estate profession, I have found great rewards while working with the public. I am determined to provide our clients with the highest degree of professionalism while giving special attention to detail. My goal is to make every real estate transaction successful and enjoyable.

I am a lifelong resident of Allen County, a Navy Veteran, graduate of UNOH and a business owner. I have worked in the construction trades and sales my whole career.

I am a lifelong resident of Allen County and graduate of Shawnee High School. I have worked on rental/investment properties my entire life and participated in multiple “house flips” from inside to outside. It is my goal to provide all clients with the best possible service and an enjoyable experience.

Ron Spencer was born and raised in Ohio. His roots are in farming, and in the farming community. He is highly involved even today in helping farmers buy and sell land, working hard everyday just like he has for the last 47 years! Ron grew up on a farm with his brothers and sisters. He was taught by his mother & father that hard work, dedication, and honesty were the key to success.

As a resident of Allen County for the last 65 years, I am currently enjoying my 30th year as a Realtor; each year is better than the one before!  I reside in the Shawnee area. As a full-time agent in Allen County, my career has expanded into the surrounding counties and includes not only residential real estate but also land/agricultural and commercial real estate.

I have recently retired after 26 years of working in leadership positions in Accounting and Finance across various industries and higher education. This experience and my work ethic allowed me the opportunity to collaborate with other colleagues, manage a team of professional accountants, work with area banks, annual budgets, fiscal audits, operations and meet critical timelines.

I have been providing professional integrity in the buying and selling of real property since 7-7-77. As a 44 year veteran with Ron Spencer Real Estate, I have seen many changes in marketing, financing, and technology that continues daily. My focus is residential and agriculture farm markets. Trust and honesty are still the number one factor in decision making.

As a full time agent with Ron Spencer Real Estate, I have enjoyed working with and meeting people. My husband Randy is also a Sales Agent at Ron Spencer Real Estate and working as a TEAM we have been very successful in being able to give our clients the attention they deserve!! We have 2 daughters, Ashley a 3rd-grade teacher and Alisha a Radiology Tech, along with 8 wonderful grandbabies.

As a full time agent with Ron Spencer Real Estate, I have enjoyed working with and meeting people. I am now in my 32nd year as a Sales Agent and I have over 25 years of farming experience. With this knowledge, I have the insight to meet your every need whether commercial, residential or agricultural.

I am enjoying my 16th year in real estate sales. I have worked in the Lima area for nearly 30 years and have learned that loyalty, communication and service build lasting relationships. With my experience in the home building industry I have learned to follow through on details and get the job done right the first time.

I am a lifelong resident of the Lima area, daughter of Bucky & Dianna (Gass) Boughan and proud mother and grandmother. I recently pursued my dream of joining the real estate industry after 20+ years in restaurant management and brings with me loyalty, dedication and commitment.
